The location is handy and incredibly comfortable and really close to Chennai, Tamil Nadu and a lovely maintained garden. Plus, it is set 3 miles from Saint Patrick's church. All the rooms are well-kept with comfy bed and the staff are very very helpful.

We spend an evening there before flying back from our holiday, so it was an easy location close to the airport.

All the staff were smart and excellent co-operating. Excellent location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. And it was within a close distance from Aiswarya Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

This place is good, and offers great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a fantastic fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay, made a lasting impression. I've also experienced attentive service from the dining staff that prioritized my well-being. complimentary car service, beautiful lobby, nice gym
The mini bar selection was lacking snacks!!! A confusing hot and cold water faucet in the shower annoyed me!!! The outdated feel of the rooms really detracted from the experience!!! Too many phone calls in the middle of the night were disruptive!!!

Comfortable stay with great service!
Had a lovely two-night stay! The service really stood out. They were super attentive from pick-up to drop-off. Breakfast was massive and delish! Only thing was the lack of dessert options at lunch, really could've used a dessert like gulab jamun. The ambiance was cozy and the rooms comfy.

Comfortable Stay with Warm Service
The staff go above and beyond. They remembered our names and provided thoughtful gestures. The club lounge, especially Himanshu's attentive service, created a cute atmosphere. Pro tip, Don't miss the complimentary airport transfer if available.

Recommend it for solo travelers seeking convenience
I can't stress enough how a staff member went out of his way to help me when I accidentally left my belongings in the room. And that buffet breakfast? Just a feast-plenty of veg options and desserts to satisfy anyone!
It wasn't exactly low-cost, but you get what you pay for.

Really good hospitality at Trident Chennai caught my attention immediately. From the airport pickup, staff ensured comfort. I checked in earlier than usual and got a room I liked without issues. The buffet breakfast was excellent with pan Indian and continental options alongside made-to-order South Indian dishes. Vivek Kr. from housekeeping stood out for his attention to detail, even providing a screen cleaning kit for my laptop. The hot and cold water faucet in the shower was a bit confusing, not the standard setup. I recommend Trident for business travel or family visits.
